October 20, 2026 | Tokyo, Japan | Team RJHH

Filix王 (Filix Wang), Itaq and group ゆるめるモ! (You’ll Melt More!) release “GALFY8”, produced by illrain, on October 20. The video is out on the YouTube channel Pizza or Love.

Filix王 is a rapper born December 30, 1999, in Hong Kong and Komatsu (Ishikawa), based in Setagaya, Tokyo. He raps in Japanese, Chinese, and English. In 2026, he developed what he calls “comedy core”: translating everyday events, pop culture, and internet moments into rap. In September, he released the joint album itamae2026 with Matsuo. In October, a SELECTION CYPHER appearance on RAPSTAR 2026 brought his name to a much wider audience in the Japanese hip-hop scene. You’ll Melt More! is an alternative J-pop group active since 2012, known for mixing nostalgia, subculture, and absurdist humor into their music. Their presence on a hip-hop track fits their history of cross-genre collaborations.

The track centers on Galfy (ガルフィー), a Japanese streetwear brand whose baggy tracksuits are associated with the yanki aesthetic. The setting is familiar and grounded: Don Quijote (ドンキ) as a nighttime gathering spot, the position of someone who accepts being disliked by some in order to be useful to others:

“俺はいつでも誰かのエネミー 俺の言葉誰かのメディスン” (ore wa itsudemo dareka no enemī, ore no kotoba dareka no medisun, “I’m always someone’s enemy, but my words are someone else’s medicine”).
