GADORO releases the video for “KONAOTOSHI,” a track from his album mile, out June 17 on his own label Four Mud Arrows. The clip is directed by Kobayashi Shinichiro, who also made the videos for “Shinon” and “Hanamizuki.” The beat is by TOKYO BEAT SOCIETY, with a bassline that lands on the first bar.
“KONAOTOSHI” (粉落とし) is a term from martial arts training: hitting hard enough that the dust falls off. GADORO uses it as a frame for how he writes — dense rhyme patterns, humor and technique sitting next to each other without either one making room for the other. mile is his fourth album under Four Mud Arrows, the label he founded after moving through several setups. Eleven tracks, zero features, production split between TOKYO BEAT SOCIETY, PENTAXX.B.F, DYES IWASAKI, TO-me, DJ RYU-G, Squid ink, CROWD, AKIO BEATS, ikipedia and S-NA. GADORO has always built with a tight circle of producers, and mile shows where that circle stands in 2026.
On May 4, 2027 (DAY1: “我がまま / Wagamama”) and May 5, 2027 (DAY2: “泥まみれ / Doromamire”), he plays Marine Messe Fukuoka B-kan for “GADORO 2DAYS ONEMAN LIVE: 我泥 (Ganikuro).” Fukuoka is his hometown, his core audience. Two nights with two distinct titles, two separate sets.
