October 1st, 2026 | Tokyo, Japan | Team RJHH
HARKA and Gam Ball release “MVP” on September 30. Produced by VetteBoy, who has worked with both HARKA and MIKADO before. It’s their first collaboration, conceived to coincide with the POP YOURS Golden Age Tour, which features HARKA on the lineup.
HARKA is one of the most recognizable voices in the current generation of Japanese rappers, known for her upper-register flow and catchy hooks. Gam Ball is a rapper from Niigata whose delivery sits in a different register, more relaxed, with a different energy. On “MVP“, the two approaches don’t blend so much as sit side by side, and that contrast is what makes the track worth paying attention to. The POP YOURS Golden Age Tour runs through Osaka on October 10 (GORILLA HALL, sold out) and Tokyo on November 3 (Zepp Shinjuku, sold out). More tour-related content has been announced.
