tofubeats Announces Biggest Solo Show Yet at Kanadevia Hall, November 29

tofubeats will play Kanadevia Hall in Tokyo on Sunday, November 29, in what will be his largest solo concert to date. The show, tofubeats live in Tokyo 2026 “Angels On The Dancefloor. will be structured in three distinct parts throughout the night. Guests are yet to be announced. The official lottery pre-sale on e+ closes September 13. The announcement follows the May 2026 release of the EP Angels On The Dancefloor, which brought in 一十三十一 (Ichimitsusanjuichi) and 柴田聡子 (Shibata Satoko) as guest vocalists, and anchored itself in the J-CLUB sound tofubeats has been developing for several years. Release parties followed in July and August at CIRCUS in Tokyo and Osaka, with long sets in dancefloor configuration.

Alongside the concert, a remix series for the EP launches on September 11. First up is in the blue shirt, who rebuilds “大丈夫 (feat. 柴田聡子)” from his own angle. More remixes will follow, with artists to be announced. The blue-shirted artist is a Japanese musician known for his instrumental compositions and session work. His opening remix sets the tone: reinterpretations that step away from the dancefloor toward something more textural, though that’s not necessarily a template for what comes next. Kanadevia Hall holds several thousand. The three-part structure is tofubeats approaching the night as a composition of its own, rather than a standard concert set stretched to fill the room.
